All Our concrete is supplied by registered Australian concrete distributors: Hanson, Boral, Hytec, Gunlake, Northside Minimix and Wagners concrete. Montycrete PTY Ltd is not liable for concrete cracking, we use civil engineering standards to prevent concrete from cracking, sometimes concrete does crack even with all the countermeasures we use, it can still happen…. We will work with you to understanding what weight and stresses the concrete might undergo and quote for the appropriate reinforcement and concrete strength and thickness that your job requires to Provent cracking. We work with Structure Engineering Companies if your structure needs to be designed by a certified engineer.

All our steel reinforcement is supplied by ARC they are a Australian steel distributor, we only use Australian made Steel.

Jobs which are pending council approval or waiting body corporate approval are subject to price increases by manufacturers – acceptance of quote will not guarantee a locked price as the COVID-19 pandemic and change in market prices can cause frequent fluctuations in material cost and council.

Quoted Prices are subject to change based on price fluctuations, modifications and/or additional changes you want to make to your job before or during the construction process.
